Lightroom (web) stuck on syncing 3 photos

I'm using Lightroom Web 3.0 (Windows 10, 64 bit).  The cloud icon in the top right has been showing "Syncing 3 photos" for several hours.  I can't update my Portfolio until the items are all synced.  If I do a filter for un-synced photos, nothing shows up.  I've tried renaming Sync.lrdata, but it still reports 3 photos syncing.  I'm unable to find the "Rebuild Sync Data" option.

There seem to be a lot of questions about this on the forums, but very few answers.

I have the same exact situation, however I have 85 photos stuck for 2 weeks already. I could not identify the ones which should be sync, actually I imported 3000 photos to my Mac in the last 2 weeks, how can I find the missing 85 photos.

I am using 2018 MacBook Pro with Catalina OS.

thanks,

H

I've just deleted all of my photos and replaced them with new photos - and it still says "syncing 3 photos".  From the number of posts on this topic without a solution, I think that this must be a bug.

If you have already deleted the sync data file or re-named it, I would have expected it to correct. Have you opened the apps on all of your devices to enable sync to complete?

You could log-in using a web browser to see what is in the cloud and check for any obvious difference with the LR3 desktop app.

Are you able to identify the three photos? Try adding a keyword, caption or title. Sometimes a metadata change can force a re-sync.

If I search for un-synced photos using a filter, nothing turns up. The only way to find these would be to inspect hundreds of file with no guarantee of success. Any suggestions how I can find these?
