Lost all my photos and presets

I deleted the Lightroom app from my iPhone cuz it was bugging and when I downloaded it again I forgot my inlog. Turns out that I have 2 accounts. I testet both of them but all my photos and presets are gone? I had like 3 albums and bought presets. How can everything disapear just by removing and then download it right after? When I have an account?
