lost all presets and edited pictures when i wanted to try lightroom premium.

i had been wanting to try the premium features and i clicked to start my free trial and when i had confirmed that i wanted to try the premium part the app crashed. i opened it back up to see all my edited pictures where gone as well as my 20+ presets. i just need them back!!!

We're really sorry for all the hassle. Are you logged in with the same user id and password which you were using before for Lightroom mobile CC?

Also, please login to Lightroom web: Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom version and check if see all your images/presets there and let us know.
