Lost everything, pictures, presets

I’m using Lr mobile and I had my pictures and presets

The app logged me out and now everything is lost, I don’t have pictures neither presets

I lost all the work I have done for years 💔

I tried logging in with all my emails. And nope. It’s gone

I’m using iPhone

What can I do? I don’t know what happened

Hi @Michell_123 

Do not delete the app!  As long as you do not delete the app, you should be able to sign into the correct account and see your images again.  If you have deleted the app and installed again, any images that you were not synced to Lightroom online storage will no longer exist on the device.  The only solution here is to restore your device from an iCloud/iTunes backup from a time when Lightroom still had your images.
