Lyghtroom synchronisation Mobile (Android) - PC (Windows)

Hello everyone.  There is a problem with synchronisation of Lightroom changes between mobile and PC versions (Android - Windows). But synch-mark is OK (Catalog synchronised).  Sometimes I have to wait several hours for it (just noticed). And this is a huge problem, because in my openion this is the most necessary function of subscription.
There aare several screenshots below the mail.  The first changes - Mobile, the second - PC (35 minutes after photo in Android was changed)
