Metadata export

When I view the metadata of an image in Lr, it includes lat/long data for the location, as well as a Google Maps representation. However, when I export the image with the settings to include all metadata, the location  metadata doesn't seem to be included when I create a caption of the imported image in Id. I've set up the caption to include location but when the caption is generated, there are line breaks only (without the lat/long, city and state information.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
