Migration Error after deleting the old catalog

I have a problem. I have manually deleted all images due to inconsistencies the cloud on Lightroom. I want to recreate this catalog vie migration from Lightroom Classic. (My Backup System) Now when I want to re-migrate the catalog from Lightroom Classic, it successfully loads all images, albums and settings into Lightroom Desktop. In the launch, however, when syncing with the cloud, it deletes all images again. So I can no longer migrate my catalog from Classic. Also I can't find a way to completely rebuild the old catalog in the cloud....

Rather than manually deleting them to clear the cloud, instead go to https://lightroom.adobe.com, sign in, click the LR icon in the top left corner, select Account Info and then press the Delete Lightroom Catalog button. Then try the migration again.
