Missing local adjustments and healing in lightroom web

I'm new to lightroom Web (using MacOS+Chrome), and was surprised by how basic the editing option are. After some searching online, it appears that I'm missing the healing and local adjustment tabs. Why are these not visible, and how can I include them in the editing panel? I usually use Lightroom CC or mobile, so apologies if I missed something obvious.
