My Lightroom for MAC version 4 high Sierra is crashing despite it meeting the system requirements.

i am having a problem with my Lightroom App on my mac. It keeps crashing everytume i try to load it. I downloaded this desktop version from the App Store i had no troubles with it until this past month. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and i keep getting the same problem. My MacOS System is currently 10.13.6 and on the App Store it says that it is compatible with macOS 10.13 or later. Please help me.
