My lightrooom app says free trial.

Question

I have lightroom mobile and when I go to my account on the phone it says I'm on a subscription trial. I dont see it on my Google play or in my account. I tried customer service and they said they didn't find any trial on my account. I dont want to be charged. I can't find a way to unsubsubscribe?

Go to the main Adobe website (adobe.com) and using that email address and password for your Adone ID Sign in and check your account yourself.

Lightroom Mobile is free to download and use with VERY LIMITED Features. More than likely if you don't turn on the Premium Feature your account will say Trial.

If you turn on the Premium feature you will be starting a Subscription and be charged a monthly fee.
