No edit filter

Hi! I have a problem when I want to use the filter "edit" or "no edit" pictures on an album. It seems as if all the new uploaded photos have some edit because the filter "no edit" its not available, but I have not edited the photos. I use the mobile app on my iPad and iPhone and I have the same problem on both devices. I have tried everything and I didn't even change anything and before I was able to use the filter. 

Does anyone has the same problem?
