Paid plan reverts to trial mode [topic renamed by moderator]

Hi,

I have an Educational Plan 

 

But its saying My creative cloud subscription has expired?

Help please. I tried doing the creative cloud fixxer thingy 😕😕 

And I believe its LightRoom as it was just working yesterday

SOLVED kinda:

All applications worked BUT LIGHTROOM because my education plan does not cover lightroom cloud so therefore lightroom doesnt work... LightRoom Classic as it isnt in the cloud works tho 😄

Yes that makes sense. Unfortunately some education plans do not include Creative Cloud services. You probably don't have CC Libraries, File Sharing, Cloud Docs or fonts either.

The messages suggest that you have or had two different subscription plans, a Photography Plan and an all apps plan. The Lightroom account was possibly set up under a Photography Plan, then later you received a code for the full apps plan. I had something similar happen to me. If you have photos in the original plan, I think you will need to contact Adobe support to get them moved over to the new plan.
