Parent Keyword Unintended

When I access Keywords & Containing Keywords a keyword appears that is not in my keyword list.  It happens to be a person name that I used in the past but am not currently using and,again, it's not in my keyword list.  I've checked All, People and Other.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom Classic.

There's a string in Lightroom Queen that talks about what seems to be a similar issue, but I don't understand the fix proposed by Phillippe Coude du Foresto.  Lightroom Queen Blog.

Any ideas?
