Photos disspeared after syncing mobile to desktop app

Hi, I'm freaking out a bit at the moment. Synchronising my photos from recent trip to Italy. All were uploaded to LR mobile, now syncing with LR on desktop and I see more than 200/300 photos dissapeared??? All my photos of 16/9/2019 seem to be gone? I need them for a photography project so really can't miss these.... Help?
