Please Help - no photos showing

Ive been using Lightroom for about 2 years no, and thus have thousands of photos on my account. This morning I went to work on some photos and when I opned my acount there is nothing there at all. I believe it has something to do with the catalog as it asked me a question about the catalog when I opened lightroom, but I have no idea what happened. Please help?

Is this the Cloud Based Lightroom... or Classic? Also is it Mac or Windows?

If you can provide a little more information, then the community may be able to point you in the right direction.
