When you start an Export using the Share icon, select the main "Export..." button at the top of the Share panel. That opens the export dialog where you can choose various different options, including adding your watermark. Next to the Watermark checkbox is a settings icon (the "gear" icon), clicking on that opens the watermark settings panel, which includes a "size" slider.
