Presets do not appear in Lightroom 5.3 in Windows

ola a todos. Tenho uma versão recente do Lightroom instalada no desktop (versão 5.3 x64) e não estou conseguindo trazer para ele meus presets já usado anteriormente em outras versões. Ele faz todo o procedimento de download mas nao aparecem no menu. Alguém saberia dizer o que estou fazendo de errado ou como resolveram essa situação? Obrigado

Sorry about the trouble with Lightroom presets. We're here to help.

What type of presets are you trying to install? What presets can you see at http://lightroom.adobe.com/?

Are you logged in to the correct account?

In Lightroom Desktop, please go to Presets panel, click on the three verticle dots, and enable Partially Compatible Presets.

Hello, thanks. I'm trying to put preset files with xmp extension. I used them before in the old version that I used. I tried the procedure you indicated but I didn't see any change, unfortunately.

Does the XMP file have the required data or not? Try to open it in a notepad and see if the information is there or not. When was the last time you used those presets?
