Presets gone in new phone/LR mobile

Hi!

Question.. I have a new Samsung phone, and the Lightroom mobile app is on my new phone. But all my photos and presets are gone in the LR app on my new phone😨 Does anybody know how I can transfer them to my new phone in LR app?
