Problem with synch

Hello, 

I have problem with synchronization of my Lightroom library through my devices. I work on iMac and iPad. And my work doesn’t synchronize. It happened after last update, I even tried to delete app on my iPad and reinstall it but nothing happened.

I checked my settings and everything seems to be okay. 

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,

in case of sync errors, never delete the app.
That might make you lose the edits you were trying to sync.

please send us a diagnostic log:

  1. tap on settings icon
  2. tap on Help & support
  3. long press on Access our support forum
  4. send us a mail

Still not working. I imported 300 pic to iMac LR library and didnt synch to iPad / iPhone at all 😕😕 

all these problems appeared after last update in octover! 
where is the problem? I checked settings and nothing found!
