Problems with lightroom thumbnails

Hi, for some time now I have been experiencing problems with thumbnail display and some tools.
Any idea what might be going on?
I've installed the latest updates, installed and uninstalled lightroom, updated drivers for my nvidia gtx 1080 and windows 10 is completely up to date.
