Prompts "You renewed", "Lightroom is ready to use" but tools are still disabled

I renewed my Photography plan and my Photoshop CC and Lightroom classic is now active but Lightroom CC desktop and mobile always prompt that my subscription has ended and my tools are disabled. 

There's a button prompting to renew and whenever I click, it says that I renewed and that Lightroom is ready to use. However, nothing happens after this prompt. 

I have logged in and out of CC account but it's still the same.
