Proper ProRaw support and True depth information

So couple of things to stay competitive on the future of photography (i.e. mobile):

1. Add the ability to shoot in ProRaw natively from the Lightroom camera app.
2. Add support for local adjustments embedded in ProRaw images.
3. Add support for reading True Depth information from the ProRaw image, or if that info is not stored just copy/buyout the app Focos and use that technology.
