Purchased presets no longer available

Question

I got a new phone and had bought presets on Lightroom but now that I had to sign into my app again on my new phone, it won't let me select the presets I already bought.

Sorry that you're missing a user preset in Lightroom and would like to recover it.

Which version of Lightroom are you using and which device/OS?

Also, please elaborate and provide some more details about the issue? How did you find that the user preset is missing or not working as expected?

Also, if you're also using Lightroom on your desktop, which version of Lightroom and the operating system you're working with? In Lightroom, you can check that by going to Help > System Info.
