Question about display settings

Hello.

I am a beginner in using Lightroom and a have question.

When a photo is edited via lightroom and the process is completed, the colours and contrast is different, but when it is forwarded from the laptop to a phone or to Ipad, I see different colours and brightness on the photo.

Is the difference connected with the original laptop display settings or something needs to be changed in the Lightroom settings?
