Restore Lightroom Mobile (IOS) Photos to Local Drive

I am trying to restore recently deleted photos in Lightroom Mobile (IOS) but they are going to the Cloud and I want them on a local drive.  I can't find options to restore to tje local drive (where they were originally stored).
