SAVE

So when I am in LR and go to PHOTOSHOP> EDIT and then click SAVE, it usually saves it edited back to LR. Sometimes, it won't save it back to LR and goes straight to asking me to save in DOWNLOADS or CLOUDS. Why does it do this and how do I fix it?
