Hello,

now I'm working with Adobe Lightroom CC instead of the classic version and I have a MacBook Pro and a normal Windows PC. My question: I took my pictures on camera and put them into Lightroom CC on my MacBook directly from the memory card from the camera. So the raw file doesn't exist on the harddrive on computer, just in the cloud, right? But now I want to have the RAW-file on my Windows PC. Where can I find this file, so the original picture? My imagination was, that I load a RAW-file from the memory card from camera to Lightroom CC and Lightroom CC will save the file in the Creative Cloud. Where is the RAW-file saved?

Thanks!!

Have you set up a local drive destination location for your photos in your preferences? If not, go into preferences and navigate to your location of choice (it can be an external drive), create a folder and a local copy will be downloaded. If your external drive is formatted for both platforms you can copy files from the EHD.

You can also have two activations of your Lightroom license at the same time. It doesn't matter if one computer is mac and the other is windows. Install Adobe Creative Cloud Manager on your windows computer, download Lightroom and go through the same steps to download local copies.
