Shared Album between Mobile and Subscriber

I had a subscribed school Creative Cloud account last year, I edited many photos with Lightroom during this time. My school changed my subscription this year to a "school or work" account this year, my photos did not carry over between accounts. I cannot access any of my photos from that personal account because the "albums" button is greyed out online; however, I can access them through my mobile app that is linked with the personal account. Using my new account, I invited my personal account to a shared album. On the mobile app, I added my old photos into this album. The problem is: I cannot see these photos on either account, or any device except when using specifically using my personal account and the mobile app.

I am pretty sure this is a bug, if there are any other ways to transfer pictures between accounts, I would love to hear them. If there are any ways to fix this, please inform me.
