Sync very slow

Hello,

I trying to figure it out, but suddenly the sync of my Lightroom CC (laptop) is incredibly slow (not to say stalled). I am connected to internet, everything else is working, I have plenty of memory to work with. But it's been over an hour and LR in still trying to sync only one pic. I have access to all the pics in the cloud, but sync is stalled.

I work with Mac OS Sierra. 

Any clue???

    Sorry that you're having problems syncing images from Lightroom CC.

    Could you please let us know how many images are there in your library?

    Also, what is the format of the images? Are they Raw or Jpeg?
