syncing to mobile

My mobile and desktop versions are not synced. My mobile only shows presets that I downloaded months ago and will not update to the new ones I am currently using. The same goes for photos. Nothing will sync together. 

My iPad and phone show the same photos and presets but my desktop shows different ones. I want the presets on my desktop. 

How do you sync desktop to others?

Hello

If you have a Creative Cloud subscription that is an educational subscription, it does not include Lightroom Mobile premium features and therefore Lightroom Mobile won't be able to sync to your same account.
