Hi. In September 2019, I bought lightroom 6. Everything was great until today. During the installation, a message appears that the product code was blocked. Please help

What is the exact message? Are you attempting to install on a new computer? Windows or Mac?

It is only ten computer itself. Windows 10. The message is. "Your product
code has been blocked"
