Unable to import photos to Lightroom after Catalina update

So i did the update- and now I can't import any of my photos to LIGHTROOM. It says its encrypted. I was on the phone with apple for 4 hours yesterday. Solved nothing. 

Do we know when adobe will be fixing this issue. Or does anyone else have any ideas. 

I have 5 albums that i need to send out.
