Unable to restore purchase of Lightroom on iPad Pro
I have an ongoing subscription for light room on the iPad. I haven't used the app in a while. When I login I don't have any premium features and it won't let me restore them. It says I have "Duplicate Purchase - The subscription has already been purchased by the App Store with a different Adobe ID". I have always had the same Apple ID and email so this is definitely an error.

Any ideas on how to fix?
