Unable to restore purchase of Lightroom on iPad Pro

I have an ongoing subscription for light room on the iPad. I haven't used the app in a while. When I login I don't have any premium features and it won't let me restore them. It says I have "Duplicate Purchase - The subscription has already been purchased by the App Store with a different Adobe ID". I have always had the same Apple ID and email so this is definitely an error.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Hello, that message means you already have subscribed another Lightroom account.  I see you sent me a private message too.  I will respond to that so I may share some info with you more privately.
