User Presets not installed on new phone

I got a new phone and can’t find my saved presets that I purchased and downloaded on my old phone.

Hi,
I don’t see an active subscription associated with the email address you used on this forum. Do you have another email you use as an Adobe ID?

It looks like you are using the free account. Unfortunately with a free account your images and presets are not synced so they may be lost. You may be able to recover your images if you have a backup of your phone. Your presets may be recovered if you contact the place where you got them from. I hope that helps.

If your subscribed account had synced to the cloud, signing in your new phone to your Adobe ID should sync back all installed presets. 

 

If your subscribed account was not fully synced, you would need to finish syncing to the cloud via your old device and then let your new device download via sync.

 

If you are not subscribed, you will need to reinstall from your preset suppliers-originally supplied files.

I believe it was synced. My iCloud was fully backed up and I was able to login to my Lightroom app.
