Using Keywords in Adobe Lightroom CC

Hi there, 

I have a couple of questions regarding using keywords in Lightroom CC. 

-Is it possible to turn of the AI smart search function?

-Is there any way of 'and' searching so the 2+ keywords filter further rather than searching with an 'any' function? E.g. Having inputted all my keywords, I now want to make a search with the keywords Black&White and Male Model to find only black and white photos of male models rather than being presented with all of my photos tagged Black&White and all photos tagged Male Model together. Even more ideal if this function can support more than 2 keywords.
