Watermark export

Everytime I try to export a photo with a watermark, it NEVER shows up. This feature always worked up until about a year ago, now it never does. I've tried EVERYTHING. The box is clicked, everything is what it should be. How on earth can I fix this?? So absolutely frustrating.
