Web galleries not updating:(

Trying to send a gallery to a client and for the life of me, can not. I've restarted LRC countless times and stil no change. Until now I was able to send Track galleries but not Classic (simple) Gallery Templates under browser? Trying to have the file numbers viewed on thumbnails (if that's possible) Is it because it's HTML? Kind thanks! Suggestions please 🙂
