Hi!
Used free version of Lightroom App (iOS) and Now updated to full version (Abo). Now, all of my locally stored photos are no longer in the library. Nevertheless, the app uses >10 GB ist space on iPhone. So they are not deleted but I have no access.

can you help me?

best regards

Use a browser to log-in to your web app. You should be able to see what is stored in the cloud.

Cloud shows no files, that's ok so far. But I am missing the locally stored photos taken before the upgrade.

Sorry to hear that have trouble with Lightroom on your mobile device. Could you try to connect your phone with a desktop machine and try these steps... https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/lightroom-classic/kb/recover-lightroom-mobile-photos-itunes-file-sharing.html
On macOS Catalina (10.15.*) you need to open up Music app, select your device and enter "Sync Settings..". From the upcoming screen select "Files". You will now see an Lightroom entry which you can toggle....Do you have still a "0000..."-entry there listed? If so, then you can drag&drop this entry to your desktop and once copied you should find your original photo as part of it. Hope this helps. - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

Did you upgrade the free account to a paid account, or did you create a new paid account? You need to be using the same login credentials connected to the same account.

I upgraded the free account to paid - thus, same login and user. I did the upgrad in browser and the app automatically recognized that now all options are available and cloud storage can be used.

but still - all previously taken photos stored locally on the phone are no longer on the library.

some idea?
