Nureal filters -> Colorize -> apply profile not working due to error

After sucessfully colorizing an image I go to select a profile e.g. "Retro Red"

This results in a "We've temporarily disabled this filter beacuase of an error" message.

I'm running on a Mac M1 on Ventura 13.5.2 Photoshop Beta 25.1.0 (Apple Silicone edition)

I'm also seeing the same behaviour on the released version of photoshop (25.0), previous 24.x released worked ok.
