3 files won't open in photoshop 2024 - just a spinning beach ball forever

Help!

I need to open one of these files to make a new book cover image. However Photoshop 2024 just does the spinning beach ball forever.

Other files open immediately.

What can I do to recover or repair these files?

I last opened one of these files 2 months ago.
