3d Plugin "normal map" in photoshop cannot working with my RTX4070ti.

When i click plugin--3d---normal map,it always be:

The 3D feature requires "Use Graphics Processor" to be enabled in "Performance Preferences". Your graphics card must meet the minimum requirements and you may need to check whether the driver is normal.

Check attached iamge.

Please help me!

3D functions are discontinued in current versions of Photoshop. The last version recommended for 3D functionality (including bump/normal maps) is v22.2
