Actions not compatible with new version of PS

I am trying to upload new Actions to PS. It says that actions are not compatible with the new version of photoshop. How do I fix this?

Typically, it's the opposite; newer versions support features that weren't available in earlier, sometimes referred to as 'ancient', versions, such as conditional actions. Could you send the actions via private message on the forum for me to review on my end?

Hi!

To reinforce what Jeff said above, where did you get the actions you are trying to load? And have you contacted the manufacturer to see if they have an updated file for the version of Photoshop you are using?

Do you have Photoshop 25.6 or the Beta 25.7?

What version of Windows do you have?
