Annoying pop-ups, BE GONE!

Can anyone advise me on how to contact a real person at Adobe? The AI chatbot made me want to throw my desktop through the window! So much for customer service.

I keep getting an incredibly annoying pop-up in Photoshop, advising me how to add/subtract from a mask! SERIOUSLY! what were they thinking!

I can't find a way to disable it. from the looks of other user's comments dating back many years, pop-ups disrupting the workflow is not a new issue. Adobe doesn't seem to care about  client satisfaction with their products and make it incredibly difficult to get help.

If I can't get some help with this, I will be looking to cancel my subscription and find a new Photo editing platform.
