Attention⚠️⚠️⚠️Please provide a solution for our Photoshop problem

We have been using Photoshop 2024 for a long time, and it frequently crashes. 

 

Our company has been experiencing persistent bugs with Photoshop 2024. We've updated, uninstalled, and reinstalled the software, but the issues remain. Simply opening a file causes the software to become unresponsive, making it impossible to click any buttons, and we have to force quit the application. This is wasting our designers' time and significantly impacting our productivity.

Please take this issue seriously and provide a solution to identify and resolve the bug. This problem is not limited to just my computer; other computers in our company are experiencing the same issue. It's severely affecting our workflow. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

Did you use the Cleaner Tool before re-installing?

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
