Brush tool flickering in Photoshop 25.4.0

Brush, patch, spothealing tools all flickering between cursor arrow and circle when I move pen.  It's infurating.  Tried verios suggested fixes and none working. 
Using Photoshop 25.4.0.  Using OS: Sonoma 14.2, Graphics: 3.1 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5 Processor: MD Radeon Pro 5300 4 GB,

    Today I updated to 25.5.1 and it's still happening. It's driving me insane.
