Question

Can’t change Print Settings (Mac)

In the print settings menu, when I drill down two printer settings, none of the items on the menu are clickable (media type, checkboxes for 16 bit output, hi speedl printing, etc.) It's like I'm looking at a screenshot of the menu!

I've quit and restarted Photoshop, but it didn't help.

Any idea what the problem might be?

Thanks!

Well, I restarted the the whole Mac that seem to have fixed the problem. I don't know how that would resolve the problem when restarting Photoshop didn't help... but whatever!

@rbanks88 In Phortoshop - when clicking through to "Print Settings" you are moving into the printer manufacturer's driver software. Reinstalling that driver sometimes helps. If you see the problem again please try that - download the driver from the printer manufacturer's website

I hope this helps
