cant pick font

i keep getting this error even after i updated to the 2024 ver

previously on the 2022 ver i keep getting similar error just with different wording

i have tried all the troubleshooting such as deleteing the cache but it does nothing

sometimes it will randomly work and i can scroll and pick trough my fonts again

but most of the time i keep getting this error

please someone help me im going crazy ive had this error since last year
