Everytime I attempt to use the Neural colorize filter profiles I get the aforementioned error code. I have yet to find a solution in previous posts that works for me. Here is my system information:
System: Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1

Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Processor: 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

Photoshop version: 25.7.0

I have also attached my sytem info.

I have the same issue and colorize works only if I don't choose a profile. I've never been able to use profiles with Colorize. This happens on both Photoshop 24 and Beta. I've tried downloading the UXP filter again, but that hasn't helped.

Hey, @laurenf70407775. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Thanks for including the system info & the details. Does this happen only with the Colorize Neural Filter?

Try these things & let me know the outcomes:

  • Try with a different set of images that has an identifiable face.
  • Try to redownload the Neural filter library by going to this location on macOS: ~/Library/ApplicationSupport/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/23/Internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery/PluginData
Head here to learn more: https://adobe.ly/44H5cyC
  • Try Photoshop Beta from the Creative Cloud desktop app - the Neural filter models will be downloaded separately.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Thank you for the response, it hasn't happened with any of the other filters so far. It only happens when I try to use the presets with the colorize filter. I have tried with images with faces and without and I get the same result on both. When I go in the UXP folder the only folder within that is a folder that says extensions. I haven't found the pluginsstorgage folder.
