Colour issue: Fresco to Photoshop

@kaze_Salah4397 embedded ICC profiles are part of a system designed to avoid this kind of issue. If Fresco uses ICC profiles do make sure the ICC profile is embedded when saving, then Photoshop will use it when opening the image. 

When pasting, the colourspace of both files should ideally match - or the incoming file will need to be converted to the colourspace of the open file.

Photoshop will warn you if this conversion is needed IF, that is - in Color Steeings the "ask when pasting" checkbox has a tickmark. If not you'll get a colour shift, could that be the issue here?

personally I like to check it, but some think it wastes time.

That means one of the files is untagged, does not have an embedded color profile.

Alwyas, always make sure the profile is embedded.

As long as there is a profile, they don't necessarily need to match. It will be correctly converted to the base document profile in the paste operation. But there has to be one.
