Could not complete your request because a command was not available.

I want to use the action in Photoshop using Loop Deck, but if I run the action I made in script, it will not be executed like this. It doesn't matter if I just run the action in Photoshop, but if I press the Loop Deck button to run the action, I get an error. Please let me know the reason
